Using our custom vacuum moulding equipment, Dashboard Restorations can restore most dashboards to their original type of finish and color.

The restoration process has four main steps:

1. The dash is stripped of badges and trim, before our craftsmen carefully remove perished vinyl and foam. Any structural problems in the dashboard are identified and tagged for further repair

2. Once all of the problem areas have been identified, our craftsmen slowly rebuild the dash back to its original shape, including dial recesses, trim slots, vents and speaker holes (if required). Any structural defects are repaired here. We use only the best quality products to assure customer satisfaction. The rebuilt surface of the dash is now checked for any irregularities, and final preparation is carried out here before reskinning

3. Using a vacuum moulding process, the dashboard is now reskinned with high quality Bridgestone™ refinishing products. The vacuum moulding method leaves no unsightly stitches or gaps, compared to traditional motor trimming or dash caps. The colour is professionally matched to be either as close as possible to original, or to match the customer's chosen color.

4. The finished dash now has the badges and trim replaced, and our experienced staff carefully check it for any problems.
