Pricing Policy
• All prices are quoted in Australian dollars GST inclusive

Payment Policy
• All transactions are strictly COD for international, interstate and local areas, and payment must be received prior to the unit leaving the factory.

• We are able to accept payment by MasterCard, Visa
personally or by telephone.

Packaging Policy
• All dashboard units are subject to a packaging and handling fee -

- Packaging $15.00
- Other larger freight is subject to quotation at time of order.

Fitting Service - South East QLD only (Dashboard Pads)
• A removal and fitting service is available through Dashboard Fitting Services - Telephone Bill 0418 981 013 who will only be too happy to provide you a cost estimate.

• The service is only available throughout Brisbane, Sunshine Coast, Gold Coast and Toowoomba.

Right of Refusal
• We must reserve the right to refuse restoration of any unit considered by our experts as unfit for restoration. This also protects our clients.

Freight policy
• All freight is to the customers cost.

Factory turnaround time

Please note the following delivery information in regard to your restoration project requirements:

1. Dashboard Pads and Door Panels: Our current factory turnaround for professional restoration is 4 weeks, however, we will make every effort to improve that whenever possible.

Warranty
• Goods returned under warranty must be forwarded at the client's cost securely packaged. Return freight will be at the company's cost.

• All claims must be advised to the company in writing prior to return of the unit.
